For students who want to enroll thesis units this 1st Sem 2020-2021, please follow the steps below:
1. Download the consent of instructor (COI) form here.
2. Accomplish the form and save it as a pdf file using the filename: COI_SURNAME_DEGREE (example: COI_DELACRUZ_BSCHEM)
3. Answer the google forms (link here). You will need your COI electronic copy in answering the google forms.
4. You will then be notified via email if you have been given permission to enlist your thesis course in SAIS.

Among the 457 passers of the recent Chemist Licensure Examination held on October 8 and 9 2019, Andrew Exequiel S. Tabilog topped the list with the rating of 92.25 % while Gerry Mark S. Gubantes got the 2nd Place with his score of 89.65 %. Both Mr. Tabilog and Mr. Gubantes are BS Chemistry (cum laude) graduates from the Institute of Chemistry, CAS, UPLB.
